We couldn’t find where it was. So ended up at normal airport parking so have paid for long term parking twice

Oh absolutely epic! So friendly, super efficient and stayed in contact throughout drop off and pick up for airport transfers! They were so friendly it really made my day at both ends of parking! I will park here everytime the service was great - especially for a woman travelling alone! Thank you team!

The crew at Bay Parking were absolutely GREAT, especially seeing as ParkMund9 had completely failed to share my reservation ( or my payment) with them, so they were taken by surprise when I showed up for my 6.30 am booking, looking for a ride to the airport. Poor guy had to get out of bed and drive to the carpark - abd he was quick as a flash amd very calm about it. So grateful I didn't miss my flight despite Park Munro's epic fail.

Gem of a parking spot close to the airport. We have a 14-month-old so wanted to take out the baby seat conundrum with taxi's and found this place which was much cheaper than airport parking. 5 mins from T4 for our domestic to Melbourne and a great shuttle service dropping us off and picking us back up when we returned. highly recommend.

Always a great service. Drivers are friendly Very efficient service. Will be there to pick you up within 10 mins of letting them know you are at pre determined meeting point. Your car is always waiting at front of secured carpark for you to get straight into after airport pick up. I cannot fault them

Simple process to book and convenient pick up and drop off to terminals

So…the shuttle bus driver on the way to the airport was continuously using there phone although he was polite he gave me the wrong pick up location. On the way back the driver was extremely rude, abrupt, constantly on his phone. He pulled away from the parking bay while my wife was still stood up strapping in our 3 and 5 year old. Shocking really

Easy online booking, reasonable pricing and good location. Dropped off at terminal efficiently, upon return we were picked up at terminal to find our car waiting and couldn't have been easier. Recommended.

Fabulous service. Easy to find to drop off our vehicle and they were ready to leave straight away to get us to the airport. Pick up on return was detailed and prompt. Terry was wonderful to deal with. We would definitely use this service again.

Terry is lovely but the system is a nightmare and the management is terrible. I’m still awaiting a refund after arriving from an international flight to my car not being ready when it should of been and the whole place locked up at 2am even though it should of been outside with code lockbox keys. Stood in the freezing cold with a long drive ahead of me after a long flight trying to deal with management who were not Australian and didn’t seem to care. Terry though was lovely and he came and sorted for us but system and management are a disgrace

guys where very friendly easy drop of and pick up only thing I would suggest is making a car seat available for little ones

Pretty happy, first time using.

Talked me through the process and were polite, patient and kind. Rang me when I got lost after arrival back into Perth and couldn't find the pick up spot. Seriously took away my stress about parking then getting home afterward. Bilal was super.
