Cancellation
Provided it’s 48 hours before departure (unless stated otherwise in your confirmation email, or at the time of booking) you are allowed to cancel your reservation. We charge a 15% cancellation fee, meaning that 85% of the order amount will be refunded to your account. If you want to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 48 hours before the start by using our customer dashboard or during office hours (Mon to Fri 09:00 - 17:00) by contacting us.
Please note: you can only cancel during our office hours. Cancellation requests after 5 p.m. will not be processed until 9 a.m. on the next working day. Keep this in mind regarding the above cancellation conditions.

You can book when parking facilities show availability on our site. Typically, valet service needs to be booked 24 hours in advance and shuttle services one hour before you need to depart from the airport.

A list of all available parking facilities will be displayed for you to compare. After identifying the best one, make a reservation and all relevant information will be sent to your email within a couple of minutes.
