Would not recommend. Office and transfer bus smell of dog hair. Site offers EV charging but not charge done (was advised after that’s only for undercover parking which it does not state during booking). Had to DiDi back from airport as we missed their last transfer due to flight landing late. Poor instructions for lockbox and had to ring several times to get through for instruction details. Overall ended up costing more than if we had used long term parking and free shuttles at airport.
Terry is a very friendly, efficient and organised person. As he sent me a text on the return day to remind me that what my flight was, where to be picked up and when to ring him. It was an excellent experience with Terry. I highly recommend bay airport parking to everyone.
