Terry was amazing. Super easy and will be using this service again!

So…the shuttle bus driver on the way to the airport was continuously using there phone although he was polite he gave me the wrong pick up location. On the way back the driver was extremely rude, abrupt, constantly on his phone. He pulled away from the parking bay while my wife was still stood up strapping in our 3 and 5 year old. Shocking really

Easy online booking, reasonable pricing and good location. Dropped off at terminal efficiently, upon return we were picked up at terminal to find our car waiting and couldn't have been easier. Recommended.

Fabulous service. Easy to find to drop off our vehicle and they were ready to leave straight away to get us to the airport. Pick up on return was detailed and prompt. Terry was wonderful to deal with. We would definitely use this service again.

Terry is lovely but the system is a nightmare and the management is terrible. I’m still awaiting a refund after arriving from an international flight to my car not being ready when it should of been and the whole place locked up at 2am even though it should of been outside with code lockbox keys. Stood in the freezing cold with a long drive ahead of me after a long flight trying to deal with management who were not Australian and didn’t seem to care. Terry though was lovely and he came and sorted for us but system and management are a disgrace

guys where very friendly easy drop of and pick up only thing I would suggest is making a car seat available for little ones

Pretty happy, first time using.

Talked me through the process and were polite, patient and kind. Rang me when I got lost after arrival back into Perth and couldn't find the pick up spot. Seriously took away my stress about parking then getting home afterward. Bilal was super.

Yassa was very obliging and listened. I had paid $29 for undercover parking. He stated that I was not entitled to this. He also stated that the price included pickup and drop-off fees. Later he asked me to pay these. There needs to be a clear definition of the fee inclusions and verify that should you pay for under-cover parking, that this occurs. My car looked as if it had been left out in the sun for the whole time. The pick-up and drop-off guys were very nice and drove effectively.

Friendly people and good service

Terry is a very friendly, efficient and organised person. As he sent me a text on the return day to remind me that what my flight was, where to be picked up and when to ring him. It was an excellent experience with Terry. I highly recommend bay airport parking to everyone.

10 out of 10 the Gentleman that works Fri and Sunday was absolutely BRILLIANT. I have a lot respect for him and would not hesitate to use this airport parking again . I also will be recommending to my family and friends. Thankyou it made our travels all the better.
