Arrive at the Mid-Stay Car Park approximately 10 - 15 minutes before you need to be at the check-in desks. If you made an online booking, slowly approach the entry, so the boom gate can read your number plate. Once it matches your booking, the gate will open. If it doesn't open, scan the credit card used to make your online booking, but do not take a ticket. If you didn't book your spot online, take a ticket upon entry.
Select any parking bay available. Accessible parking bays are located near the front of the car park and may be utilised when a disabled parking permit is displayed.
As you exit the car park, drive slowly towards the boom gate. Your number plate will be scanned and verified with your booking, allowing the gate to open. If you have exceeded your booking time, you will be prompted to pay the additional amount required (credit card payments only at the gate). For assistance, press the help button at the exit.
