Arrive at the Long Stay Car Park 10 - 12 minutes before you need to be at the terminal check-in desks. If you made an online booking, approach the entry slowly, as the boom gate will read your number plate. Once it matches your booking, the gate will open. If it doesn't open, scan the credit card used to make your online booking, but do not take a ticket.
Select any parking bay available. Accessible parking bays are located near the front of the car park. Travellers who didn't book their spot online can take a ticket at the entry gate and pay upon return.
As you exit the car park, drive slowly towards the exit / boom gate. Your number plate will be scanned and verified with your booking, allowing the gate to open. If you have exceeded your booking time, you will be prompted to pay the additional amount required (credit card payments only at the gate). For assistance, press the help button at the exit.
