The reviews are rather mixed, with customers either citing complete satisfaction with the service, or complete distrust, and dissatisfaction. Those who cited dissatisfaction noted that upon their return, their car's driver settings were altered, car mileage was significantly higher, and their vehicle was dirty due to being parked in an open-air location.
Additional reviews cited that the Park&Fly service is not like a typical valet service, and requires you to do the heavy lifting of retrieving your car and wait for an attendant to become available should you need any assistance.
ParkValet, on the other hand, does not have Google-certified reviews. However, Flyparks has scoured the internet to find reviews from past customers. Similar to Park&Fly, ParkValet reviews are a bit negative, with travellers complaining about returning to dirty vehicles that were parked off-site and internal settings in their vehicles being tampered with.
