Open from 5:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. every day, prebooking your parking is recommended to guarantee your spot and take advantage of the best rates, but drive-up reservations are also welcome.

Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.
Give the parking service a call once you have picked up your luggage and make your way to the meeting point.
Your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and you can drive home without having to wait.
Generally, valet parking is the most convenient and hassle-free parking option available.
Drive to the drop-off bay outside the T1 Departures Hall and park your car. If you pre-booked, present your booking confirmation email to the valet attendant. If not, you can request the drive-up valet service on the spot. Hand over your keys, complete a quick vehicle inspection, receive assistance with your luggage, and you'll be on your way in no time!
If you only booked the valet service for a few hours, return to the drop-off bay and inform the attendant of your vehicle's make and model. They retrieve your keys and return your vehicle to you.

Specific security features for T1 Premium Valet Parking are not disclosed, and your vehicle may be stored in an undercover or open-air park outside the terminal precinct. However, if parked within the precinct, all car parks contain 24/7 CCTV & automated entry / exit gates.

Bookings can be made online and in person. To save on costs, we recommend booking your spot online. You can do so at least 2 hours before your designated arrival time. You will then use this to enter and exit the car park.

Travellers can cancel their parking reservation no later than 2 hours before the booking is set to begin. To do so, click the 'Book Now' button above, go to the top of the page and click on the 'Manage / Cancel' tab. Enter your email and booking reference number. Proceed with cancelling your booking.
A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after. The payment may take 2 - 5 business days to be returned to your account.
Drive-up rates at the T1 Premium Valet Sydney Airport start at $80.00 for any parking duration of up to 3 hours. After that rates increase to $107.00 for 3 - 24 hours, $190.00 for 2 days, $273.00 for 3 days, $356.00 for 4 days, $309.50 for 5 days, and $83.00 for each day thereafter.
