Located in Mascot, in Sydney’s inner-south, Park & Fly is a five-minute drive from the domestic terminals and 12 minutes from the international terminal. The company’s ten shuttle buses run on demand, ensuring that there’s always one ready to go. Two of the buses are fitted to be child friendly, making it easier for young families to reach the airport in comfort.
The cost of the shuttle service is included within your booking price, for both directions, and the process is simple and straightforward:
On your arrival to the airport, drive your vehicle to the Park & Fly car park via General Holmes Drive. After parking your vehicle and removing your luggage, proceed to the check-in desk with your Flyparks booking confirmation details at hand. Park & Fly staff will be there to assist you and show you to the shuttle bus. Travellers that have opted for valet-style undercover parking may use the drop off bay and then hand their keys directly to Park & Fly’s check-in staff. One of the company’s on-demand shuttles will take you to your terminal while their staff carefully park your vehicle for you.
On your return, simply call your Park & Fly driver to let them know to come collect you from the terminal. You’ll find the phone number on your booking confirmation. If you are arriving on a late flight you will need to call Park & Fly prior to 11:00pm to request a pick up. Their staff will be happy to assist you, even past their official closing time, but they must know that you need picking up before 11:00pm beforehand.
Please note that the Park & Fly shuttles do not have the capacity to transfer travellers in wheelchairs to and from their Sydney Airport parking facility. Customers are advised to alight such passengers at the airport terminal first, prior to your visit to Park & Fly.
Travellers arriving at the International Terminal (T1) should await pick-up at Park & Fly’s designated meeting point. This is at the northern end of the Arrivals area, opposite Rydges Hotel. Follow the signs towards the Qantas Domestic Transfer and then proceed to the minibus waiting area from Bay 22 onwards.
Those arriving at either Domestic Terminal 2 or 3 should head to the Arrivals level. The pick-up point is by the minibus/hire cars waiting area in between the two terminals. Pick-up is from Bay 6.
