Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
Travellers should arrive at the car park 15 minutes before they must be at the terminal. Upon entry, park your car in any available parking bay. Walk inside and show the team your Flyparks booking confirmation, hand over your keys, and they will take care of the rest.
You will then be able to board the shuttle and be taken to the terminal immediately.
After collecting your luggage, call the car park at the number provided in your booking confirmation email. They will collect you right outside the terminal and take you back to the car park to retrieve your vehicle—it's that easy!
