As always great service. I have used Melrose Parking multiple times. Easy to find, as I live in Mornington Peninsula. This morning was very cold in Melbourne when I landed, so the driver put the heater on in the shuttle bus. Also bus has very clear and visible sign so very easy to spotted the bus at the pick up place. I will never use another service. Also great value for money. Big thanks to all the staff !!!

We always use Melrose airport parking when are flying interstate or overseas. They are punctual and friendly, offering excellent service.

Easy drop off and pick up. Location just a little out of the way, which adds a minute or so to drop off and pick up run to terminal.

Not happy with the way i was spoken to on my return, when calling the number for pick up which was after travelling the whole day across two flights. Spoken to like I was a child or a dumb women. Also waited over 25 mins for pick up Drop off was quick and easy but I won’t be using this company again

Drop off was fine. Pick up was problematic. I called as instructed. The location instructions were unclear. I went to where we were told to be but didn’t see the van. I called back and was told they were there waiting for us and to go to x location so we moved. Nobody there. Walked to the original location and saw the van driving away. The guy on the phone was not helpful and put the phone down and ignored me half the time. Also, they had messed with my dashcam as it had been plugged in to the wrong port. Overall not happy with the service.
