There are staff on hand to assist you with your luggage, and park your car for you. Once your return flight has landed at Melbourne Airport, you will need to contact Jetaway Parking to request a pick-up. The contact number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. You will be collected from the off-airport zone, downstairs by the Airport Hotel. Full instructions will be provided over the phone.
Please note, that while your vehicle will be available 24 hours a day, Jetaway requires notice within a reasonable period of time if you wish to access your car outside the date of return initially specified.

I was pleasantly surprised at both the politeness and efficiency of this organisation, as well as the competitive pricing. Everything they said they would do happened in the time they stated. The shuttle was prompt, clean and well-driven. A bit noisy with the fan going would be the only comment. The location is 12-15 minutes away from the airport so as long as you factor this in to your trip you will have a relaxed drive to park easily (they park the car for you) then you can leave it up to drivers to negotiate the drop-offs. Our vehicle was safe while we were away and available on our return. Very impressed.
Could not fault the service
Was disappointed with man was in bad mood when I arrived at the reception even I have asked for phone number and he said something too fast and told him I can used office numbers due my deafness and he gone in bad mood again and write the numbers. When fly back to Melbourne I was left waiting far too long even I send text message twice. I had to run to the van after driver didn’t see me and run fair distance to grab the van. & was bit irritate to hoping it isn’t same man and very much relieved it is different and elderly man snc he was very nice and kind. Sorry to say I shall seek another car parking business next time I go on holiday.
booked online very easily, upon arrival received warmly by reception and directed to a transit bus to airport. Driver was courteous, friendly and an excellent driver. Upon return from trip pickup was within 5 minutes of call to office. Again the driver was courteous, friendly and had excellent skills. I am going to use this team again in the future - very happy.
