There are staff on hand to assist you with your luggage, and park your car for you. Since Jetaway Airport Parking offer a valet-style service, you will be required to leave your keys with the staff at the car park.
Once your return flight has landed at Melbourne Airport, you will need to contact Jetaway Parking to request a pick-up. The contact number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. You will be collected from the off-airport zone, downstairs by the Airport Hotel. Full instructions will be provided over the phone.
Please note, that while your vehicle will be available 24 hours a day, Jetaway requires notice within a reasonable period of time if you wish to access your car outside the date of return initially specified.

Was easy to use, office staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is a pretty convenient location away from the congestion at the airport itself. The shuttle bus driver was not a great driver, taking corners too fast and drove unevenly, surging frequently with the accelerator, making the trip a bit unpleasant. The buses seem a bit old too.
