If you booked your spot online for Mackay Airport Undercover Parking, simply drive up to the entry barrier, and it will automatically lift upon recognizing your vehicle's licence plate number. If it doesn't, scan the credit card used for your booking. Do not take a ticket if you booked online.
If you didn't book online, drive up to the gate and ticket at the entrance. Park in any available bay. Should you encounter any issues, press the intercom button on the entry barrier to receive assistance.
Return to your vehicle. If you booked online, the licence plate technology should automatically recognize your car and allow you to exit without further requirements. If it doesn't, simply tap the credit card used for your booking.
If you didn't book online, you can pay with a credit card upon exit or with cash at one of the payment machines. These machines are located in the undercover pedestrian walkways adjacent to the Terminal and the Ibis Mackay. Both cash and credit cards are accepted.
