Great friendly staff, quick efficient service

The booking procedure was straightforward and it was easy to contact reception for further information. The location was convenient and the shuttle to the airport was fast and efficient. Upon return the drop-off was close to my vehicle and the key was ready for immediate departure. The rate was significantly less than the airport carparks.

Easy to book, good communication, prompt drop off and pick up

Couldn't have asked for a kinder and more efficient service. After a nightmare of cancelled flights to try and get home, the crew went above and beyond in communicating with us and making sure it all went smoothly when we landed home. Fantastic company.

Booked online on 8/05/21, but information not forwarded to park attendant. Caused confusion as they were not expecting us in spite of phoning them twice. Then they thought I had not paid although I had proof of purchase. Communication needs to be improved.

We had phoned 2 days before we arrived home but the message wasn't passed on so we had to ring and wait for a pick up

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only when booking but also when taking us to and from the airport. For older people the extra help of getting on and off the bus, help with luggage and getting a trolley is very much appreciated.

Very helpful and friendly attendance by all staff on site and a pleasant experience. Our bags were late to arrive, the driver called before leaving to advise of additional arrangements to get us back to collect our car. Very happy, thanks guys.

Courteous and friendly staff and everything went very smoothly on our outward and inward journeys. The only issue I had was about the credit card payment. Although the cost was given in $A, payment was processed in the UK which incurred a conversion charge.
