Process
Park your car
Drive to the car park, scan your QR code, or if the car park has license plate technology, it will automatically recognise your vehicle and open the gate for you. Choose a parking space and unload your luggage.
Walk to the terminal
Walk to the terminal, typically in 12 minutes or less.
On your return
Walk back to the car park.
Drive home
Upon exiting, pay any overstay fees, scan your QR code again to exit, or if the car park has license plate technology, the exit gate will automatically lift for you to exit and drive home.

Had issues with the credit card reader on entry. We were informed of issue and was quite easily resolved. Much better than last time we used Cairns airport parking.

Could not contact anyone when I required to extend parking for few extra hours then on departure of Carpark was charged extra $30 half the amount for the whole 5 days

I tapped my credit card upon arrival but got a text from the car park to say that something went wrong and to not tap credit card to leave but to page the attendant upon leaving. When paging the attendant and explaining the situation they just mumbled something. I asked to speak again as couldn't understand and they just yelled at me and said "just keep driving". So I have no idea if the problem was solved or not or whether my credit card that I tapped is going to cop extra charges.
