Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
Parking Portside is easy and stress-free. There are always staff on-hand to answer any questions and help you with your luggage, if necessary.
Simply make your way to the car park and park in one of the drop-off bays outside of reception. You can unload your luggage and then head to the car park reception to check-in and drop-off your car keys.
You will be directed to the waiting shuttle bus, which will have you at the airport terminal in around 10 minutes.
When you return, please make your way to the bus stop where you were dropped off and you will be picked up by the Portside shuttle.
In around 10 minutes you will be back at the car park where your vehicle will be waiting for you, ready to drive home.

The address for Portside Parking is 11 Curtin Avenue West Hamilton, QLD 4007. We have included some handy directions below for your convenience:
Take the Gateway motorway and take Exit 110 on the left to Southern Cross Way, Northern Suburbs (Old Gateway).
From there continue south and take the Eagle Farm & City Exit following signs to Kingsford Smith Drive.
You will need to turn left into Kingsford Smith Drive and head towards City for approximately 900 metres.
Just before the Caltex Service Station, take the left turn into Theodore Street.
From there continue South for approximately 500m on Theodore Street to the first intersection, then turn right onto Curtin Av West.
Continue along Curtin Av West for 400m until you see the Portside signs on the left.
Take the Gateway motorway and cross the Gateway Bridge keeping to the left hand lanes.
Take the exit on the left once you have crossed the bridge onto Southern Cross Way and follow signs to Kingsford Smith Drive & Brisbane City.
Take a left onto Kingsford Smith Drive and then head towards City for approximately 200 metres.
Turn Left into Theodore Street just before the Caltex Service Station.
From there continue South for 500m on Theodore Street to the first intersection, then turn right onto Curtin Av West.
Follow Curtin Av West for 400m until you see the Portside signs on the left.
Take Kingsford Smith Drive to Theodore Street Caltex Service Station on the right.
You can then turn right onto Theodore Street just after Caltex Service Station.
From there continue South for 500m on Theodore Street to the first intersection, then turn right onto Curtin Av West.
Follow Curtin Av West for 400m until you see the Portside signs on the left.
If you are travelling along the Inner-City Bypass (ICB), stay in the far-right hand lane, do not enter any tunnels.
If you are using the clem 7 tunnel stay in the far-left hand lane on exit and follow the Kingsford Smith Drive Signs. Do not continue into the Airport Link Tunnel.
Whether you choose indoor or outdoor parking, your car will be kept secure in the high-security compound while you are away. There is 24-hour electronic and video surveillance in place for peace of mind and all staff are fully trained to ensure your vehicle is in safe hands.
You can leave your car with Portside Parking and rest assured that it will be waiting for you when you get back from your trip.
If you would like to return to that new car feel, then make sure to book your car in for a servicing on your arrival. There is an additional cost for this service and you will need to book it on your arrival at the car park reception.
When choosing Portside car parking Brisbane, it is good to note that you are advised to arrive around 45 minutes before you need to be at the airport terminal. This will allow you to arrive on time should there be any traffic delays.The shuttles run every 15 minutes.
