Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

Parking with AIRPARK Undercover is simple, even with having to take a shuttle transfer to the terminals.
AIRPARK Undercover can only be booked online. Therefore, drive-up bookings are not accepted. After pre-booking your spot at AIRPARK Undercover, simply drive up to entry barrier at the AIRPARK facility on your departure day. The gate will open automatically as it recognizes your licence plate.
TIP: Be sure to take a picture of where your car is parked, as many people have difficulty finding their car upon return.
When you return to the car park, drive up to the exit gate and it will lift.
NEED HELP? If you run into any trouble, simply press and hold the 'HELP' button on the entry or exit barrier, read out your booking reference number in your confirmation email to the attendant, and they will help you with the rest.

AIRPARK Undercover charges some of the most economical rates for being an on-site, undercover parking option at Brisbane Airport.
