No need to book a room, this service is exclusively for parking. However, due to its popularity, spaces fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance!

Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
When you arrive at Quest, park in any available bay and bring your luggage inside to check in. You'll need to leave your car keys with the receptionist, where they will be securely stored until your return.
Once checked in, you'll be directed to the shuttle and on your way to the terminals within minutes.
If you're arriving outside of shuttle transfer hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM), we recommend calling Quest 30 minutes before your arrival to arrange a private transfer or booking an Uber or Lyft as soon as you park.
After collecting your luggage, call Quest using the number provided in your booking confirmation to arrange a shuttle pick-up. If you're returning outside of shuttle transfer hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM), we recommend heading to the Taxi Rank or calling an Uber/Lyft for transportation back to Quest, located 5 minutes from the airport.
