The process of parking at Park Short Brisbane is effortless. Depending on which terminal you need to park at, the process will differ slightly based on the location.
If you booked online, upon arrival at Park Short Brisbane Airport, the entry gate will automatically recognise your car park's licence plate and the gate will open. If it doesn't, scan the QR code found in your booking confirmation email. If you didn't pre-book, you can scan or insert your credit card at the entry gate. You will need to scan / insert that same credit card upon exit.
When you arrive back at Brisbane Airport, you can walk back to Park Short, get in your car, and drive up to the exit barrier. If you pre-booked your spot online before arrival, the exit gate will automatically open upon you driving up to exit. If you didn't pre-book, you will need to scan or tap the same card you used upon entry, to exit.
Travellers can also pay for their spot with credit card at all Automatic Payment Machines, and with cash at the Payment Machines on Level 2 of the P1 Car Park at the Domestic Terminal and on the Ground Level at the International Terminal.

There are two free pick-up and drop-off curbside zones at Brisbane Airport - one by the Domestic Terminal and one by the International Terminal. These zones are reserved for drivers who have a passenger immediately ready to be dropped off or picked up.
It’s not possible to wait in these zones, and anyone found loitering for more than two minutes will be asked to move on by a Kerbside Officer.
