The process of parking with Park Premium Brisbane is straightforward. Since the facility is for self-parking at Brisbane Airport, you are in charge of where your vehicle is parked.
If you booked your reservation online, upon arrival to Park Premium Brisbane Airport, your car will be automatically recognised, and the entry gate will open. If it doesn't, scan the QR code in your booking confirmation email. If you didn't book your spot online, scan or insert your credit card at the gate.After that, all you have to do is park your vehicle in one of the designated Park Premium spaces and continue on your journey to the airport by foot.
It is recommended to get to the Domestic Parking Brisbane Airport terminal only 5 minutes before you would like to arrive at the terminal.
When you arrive back at Brisbane Airport, you can walk back to the Domestic Terminal Car Par and your car will be in the exact same spot that you left it. To book online, customers must do so at least 1 hour before their arrival. Otherwise, they can book their spot upon arrival and pay at the entry gate with their credit card.
If you've booked a flexible parking option at checkout, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time for a refund (minus any cancellation fees). The refund will be issued to the original credit card used.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the entry time are non-refundable.
