Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
Never used an airport or cruise terminal car park with a shuttle service before? No problem! Here's how it works:
Once you arrive at the car park, you’ll be directed to park your vehicle in one of the drop-off bays conveniently located near the entrance. Once you have unloaded your luggage, proceed to the reception to check-in. Make sure you take your Flyparks booking confirmation with you. You’ll need to leave your car keys with Gateway’s trained staff, who will park your car for you. After you’ve been checked-in, you will be directed to a shuttle bus and driven to your terminal. There are staff on hand to help you with your luggage, should you need assistance.
Gateway Airport Parking at Brisbane Airport recommends that you arrive at their facility at least 45 minutes before you want to walk through the terminal door. This will ensure that you have ample time to ask questions, board the shuttle bus, and factor in any traffic delays.
After you flight lands back at Brisbane Airport, and you have claimed your baggage, you will need to call Gateway Parking using the number provided on your booking confirmation. They will send a shuttle bus to come pick you up and take you to your car. More instructions, including when and where to meet the driver, will be imparted over the phone.

Take the Pacific Motorway (M1) and then head left at Southern Cross Way (Old Gateway Motorway), to the Northern Suburbs/City Exit (110). Take a left again, onto the Kingsford Smith Drive/City Exit. Stay in the left lane, and then turn left into Remora Road in the direction of the Brisbane Cruise Terminal. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto MacArthur Avenue. Continue 1.1km along this road, before turning left into Gateway Airport Parking.
Go over the Gateway Bridge, and then veer left at Kingsford Smith Drive Exit (106). Turn left onto Kingsford Smith Drive, and then left again into Remora Road. Head in the direction of the Brisbane Cruise Terminal. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto MacArthur Avenue. Continue 1.1km along this road, before turning left into Gateway Airport Parking.
The security measures put in place at Gateway Airport & Cruise Parking are top tier. The car park has security cameras, is located in an enclosed terrain and is guarded 24/7. Thus, you will have nothing to worry about while you are away.
Gateway Airport and Cruise Parking offers a range of additional services, all of which can be added upon arrival. Please note that these services must be paid for separately, and are not included within your Flyparks booking.
